When you get in touch
The contact links open your own email application. This website has no contact form and does not collect messages directly. Information you choose to provide by email is used to handle your enquiry and any subsequent conversation. Please do not send identity numbers, passwords or sensitive financial records in an initial enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
The name, contact details and content you voluntarily send are used to respond to your enquiry and handle the conversation you have initiated. The basis is a legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing relevant business contacts. You choose what information to provide. Without a contact method, we cannot reply.
Future career opportunities
An introduction through Careers is handled as an enquiry, not an application for an advertised vacancy. We do not request identity numbers, sensitive information or referees’ contact details. If retaining a profile for later recruitment becomes relevant, the purpose, retention period and basis for that use must be explained separately.
How long information is needed
Information in an enquiry is needed while the question is being answered and relevant follow up continues. It should be removed when there is no continuing need, unless it must be retained to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. An ongoing business relationship may therefore require longer retention than a completed general enquiry.
Your website preferences
If you select a language or reduced motion, that choice is stored locally in your browser. The selected language is also reflected in the page address. The language and reduced motion preferences remain on your device until you change or clear them. They are not used for advertising or visitor analytics. You can remove them with the button below or by clearing the website’s stored data. Sound is off when the page opens and starts only if you choose to enable it.
Hosting and technical information
The website uses Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for delivery and hosting. These providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and protect the service. We have not added analytics tools, advertising tracking or embedded social feeds. Fonts and visual assets are served as part of the website.
Email is handled through Apple iCloud. Website hosting and security are provided by OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Information may be processed using their international infrastructure, including outside the EU and EEA. Their privacy information describes their processing and safeguards for international transfers. Cloudflare may use essential security features to prevent harmful traffic.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of the use of your information. You may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Data portability applies when its conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
The website does not use automated decision making or visitor profiling.
